The use of call record logs is for internal use only. The licensed telecommunications service provider that supplies our 0845 directory numbers record the following:

  • Number called
  • Callers CLI except if the caller’s number is withheld
  • Date and time of the call
  • Call duration
  • Answered and un-answered calls

These call records are used for monitoring service quality and performance levels. The logs are not shared with anyone.
